The Career Development Program
Seven Seven hires top IT graduates and nurtures them through the company’s Career Development Program (CDP). It picks out the brightest and hones them to reach their maximum potentials, to excellence in IT.Through the CDP, a specialized on-the job training program, the skills and talents of fresh IT and engineering graduates are thoroughly developed until they become expert knowledge engineers, providing services that involve Java and Mainframe programming.
The CDP is a six-month laderized program that includes classroom training for the first three (3) months and on-the-job training on specific technologies for the remaining three (3) month. It also provides constant updates and exposure to cutting edge technologies to its new knowledge engineers, and immerses and makes them proficient in the business of their would be clients.
Aside from advancement of technical know-how, the CDP develops the personality of their knowledge engineers through trainings that boost communications and human relationship skills, making them ready to work with the best in the world.
