Requirements:
- Responsible for Project Management, Project Tracking,
Client Correspondence and Requirements Gathering - Must have at least 3 years Project Management experience preferably
in Java but not necessary - Must possess good time management skills, excellent communication skills
and people management skills - Resourceful, flexible and a team player
Requirements:
- Graduates of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or any related course
- Knowledgeable in Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Javascript, HTML, UML, OOAD
- Knowledge on Struts Architecture is an advantage, but not a must
- With at least 3 solid years of project experience using Java
- Fast learner, resourceful, flexible and possess excellent communication skills
The officer shall be in charge of filtering and evaluating potential applicants for employment with our Call Center clients. Interested applicants should have the following qualifications:
- College graduate of a four year course preferably in the sciences
or human resources. (not a must). - With call center experience of at least 6 months
- Highly organized and can work extended hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Is customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Consistent and highly motivated.
The individual shall be tasked to provide recruitment and training services for the recruitment and training officers and act as liaison officer for applicants or clients of the company. The position is open for qualified individuals who have the following credentials:
- College graduate of any four year course.
- Has extensive experience in clerical work gained from any industry.
- Call center experience is an advantage.
- Advanced typing skill is an advantage but not a must.
