System Administrator

  • Development expertise in current version of client’s ServiceNow (Madrid) or at least Kingston/London versions

  • Provide development and administrative support of ITSM modules of the ServiceNow

  • Perform development on the backlog of enhancements and defects and support all ServiceNow integrations to other supported platforms in relation to the IT Service Management modules

  • Responsible for code and enforcing coding standards and perform code and configuration reviews of all developments efforts to ensure code quality

  • Coordinate and implement requirements using Workflow, HTML, REST, Orchestration, XML and other ServiceNow supported configurations

  • Collaborate with Process Owners to develop, deploy, integrate, update and administer the ServiceNow platform to meet client needs including design, development, unit testing, implementation and deployment deadlines

  • Coordinate and implement the scheduling of upgrades and/or service packs, testing such upgrades and general maintenance of ServiceNow

  • Research systems and/or programs to determine root causes of failure or poor operational performance; then define, test and implement detailed solutions

  • Provide ServiceNow support to other IT support as needed in HQ and field offices

  • Develop and create dashboards and reports as needed



  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): servicenow, snow, ITIL.

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of hands on experience with ServiceNow administration and development

  • ServiceNow ITSM Administrator certification required

  • In depth knowledge of ITIL processes and preferably with ITIL Foundation Certification

  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow integrations including but not limited to Active Directory/Azure AD, LDAP, Outlook Exchange, etc.

  • Good understanding of ServiceNow suite, how it interfaces with ITIL processes, IT operations and business functions

  • Experience in building catalog requests for use on the Service Portal required

  • Experience in building integrations (SOAP/REST - preferred) in order to automate communication with other platforms

  • Experience in working with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery and Performance Analytics a plus factor
