  • Operating Systems – Mainframe z/OS 2.3

  • Security – RACF, Top Secret

  • Coordinates with the Senior UDB/Sybase developer in the US.

  • Remotely do relational database and application consolidation of the entire portfolio which feeds the local contact management system for agents.

Project Manager & PMO
  • Manage the project end-to-end with personal accountability and ownership

  • Identify and effectively manage stakeholders of the project.  Obtain a clear understanding of the customer needs and business objectives of the project and drive the delivery to be aligned with these

  • Delivery of projects – hitting the estimated target date according to calendar, on-budget and preferably incurring savings in budget

Mainframe Developer
  • To work on development in an application that operates on the z/os mainframe with a DB2 database backend.

  • Analyze existing system and create technical specifications as per business requirements.

  • Estimate, design and develop COBOL programs, JCL and DB2 stored procedures to implement the solution.

Senior Network Operations Engineer
  • Will be heavily loaded as a Voice Telephony Software MAC Implementer in both Avaya and Cisco Technologies

  • Works to resolve both voice and data Tier1 network problems in a timely fashion

  • Works on and creates Voice Telephony software MACS cradle to grave; interfaces with multiple technology vendors, opening trouble tickets and following up for status; troubleshooting Tier1, Sev 1, 2, 3 field office problems

  • Opens and updates Remedy problem, change and service tickets

  • Escalates problems to outside vendors and client’s management.

AWS Cloud Engineer
  • Automate the build and management of cloud infrastructure using AWS native tools, open source tools, and third party products.

  • Define metrics derived from AWS environment data. Review metrics, monitoring and logs including identification of key correlations. Direct performance tuning and troubleshooting.

  • Introduce new cloud technologies, processes and toolsets.

ReactJS Developer
  • Developing clean, modern web applications and APIs

  • Fast-paced, iterative development

  • Continuously improving the technology stack

  • Building libraries that help others implement their own tooling

  • Balancing customer demands with platform growth and market-fit

Reports Developer
  • With equivalent skills in both Tableau and Power BI. 

  • This includes experience working with custom SQL/macros/scripting and the (Power BI) Data Gateway to connect to on-prem relational sources.  

  • With 4- 6   years relevant experience in reports development.

Digital Copywriter
  • The Digital Copywriter is responsible for creating digital marketing materials for digital ads, web (landing pages, microsites, and SEO content) and email.

  • Acts as the voice of the client throughout digital marketing communications channels, aligned to the established brand narrative and digital best practices.

Outsystems Developer
  • ​Assist in the development and design of automation projects using Outsystems Multi-Experience Development Platform; write and maintain codes; work on minor bug fixes

Solutions Designers
  • Design and review solutions for the company

  • Gather business requirements from project sponsors

  • Interface with business unit heads to provide solution options and address technical concerns of existing projects

  • Responsible for coordinating the construction, maintenance, and expansion of an organization's computer systems.

  • Oversee development and maintenance of computer systems/platforms.

Systems Analysts
  • Converts raw data or information to more relevant summaries or reports to be used as input to the manager’s business planning activities

  • Identifies the core issue of the problem and can determine if the problem is related to a process or if there are personal issues involved

  • Complies with established processes and procedures to ensure quality of work and service delivered

  • Release SRS or solutions requirements specifications as part of the overall project solution plan.

Solutions Architects
  • Produces Technical Assessment Report (TAR) for projects that involve ISG applications through the following:

  • Validates completeness of Service Request (SR) and Technical Request Form (TRF) assigned by ASD Head

  • Conducts pre-work for the Technical Assessment Session (TAS)

  • Analyzes (and clarifies as necessary) the requirements in the TRF

  • Identifies solution options

Incentives Payout Structure

The amount would be given out in two installments:


50% to be given 3 ½ months after start date of referred resource

50% to be given after the referral successfully completed 6 ½ months of active employment with 77GSI

All incentives are subject to applicable taxes

Eligibility for Incentives


Incentives will only apply once the referred candidate is successfully hired and completed the required engagement period.


  1. Referrals who are already in Global Talent Acquisition’s database but have not been processed for the last 6 months can be considered as valid referral

   2. Validity of referrals is for 6 months from the

       date of submission

   3. Fresh graduates and all referrals for Career         Development Program are not eligible to

       referral incentives.

   4. Internal referrers are eligible to receive

       referral incentives except for the following:

      a. Manager level and above

      b. Members of Global Talent Acquisition

          and Sales & Marketing

      c. First degree relatives of 77GSI

          employees/service consultants
